We provide you with detailed and professional English manual and parts manual, including paper and electronic versions, with detailed pictures so that you can understand the various parts of the product at a glance.
(2) After-sales support:
We provide after-sales support with a minimum response time of one hour, and our after-sales team provides you with comprehensive guidance in the form of text, telephone and video.
3）Accessory supply:
except for some perishable parts, all other products and parts sold by us are guaranteed for 1 year or 2000 hours; parts beyond the warranty period will be provided to you at a 20% discount from the market price.
