Manual Pallet Jack: Functions & Usage
A manual pallet jack is a compact, labor-saving tool for short-distance transport of palletized goods (e.g., in warehouses, workshops). It typically bears 2-5 tons, needs no electricity, and excels in narrow spaces—ideal for supplementing heavy equipment.
Usage Steps:
Align its forks with the pallet’s entry holes.
Tilt the handle down to lower forks, then insert them fully into the pallet.
Pump the handle up and down to lift forks 3-5cm off the ground (avoid over-lifting).
Push/pull the handle to move; use the handle’s direction to steer.
At the target spot, tilt the handle backward to lower forks, then pull the jack out.
Safety Note: Never overload; use on flat ground; watch for obstacles/people to prevent collisions.
